Raising a teenager has its own challenges. We all know how teenagers are in the moment of developing all their senses, especially their sexual senses. Not mention the peer pressure that pressing on them every single day. Never heard of peer pressure before? Peer pressure is condition where teenagers have intention to keep up even imitate what their friends are doing. All parents never aware that idea of what their teenagers have to face each day on their live. There is one thing that also threaten the teenagers’ life which can also lead to drug and alcohol abuse – bullying. Bullying has been the number one cause for teenagers to commit suicide. Committing suicide is the last desperate step that teenagers take when they are done poisoning themselves with drugs and alcohols. The reason why teenagers seek comfort to drugs and alcohols is because they feel like no one understand what they are going through. Most parents whether the complete ones or the single parents having difficulties putting themselves as the teenagers’ friends instead of being their parents. When everything has too late, when parents finally found out that their teenagers are addicted to drugs and alcohol, they can only have one thing in their mind – putting their teenagers in rehabilitation centers.

On the rehabilitation centers, teenagers have to leave their fake fun live when they still under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Series of programs have been prepared in order to give the teenagers a better life ahead of them. First, teenagers will be going through an Addiction Treatment. With this program, the drug addicts and alcoholics are cleaning all the toxics inside their body. Many Drug Rehab and Alcohol Rehab are having follow-up programs after their participants clean to help them stay sober and usually ask them to become part-time volunteers to help spread the words about the dangerous of drug abuse and alcohol addiction.
